RESIGNATION
i'm here again.. i'm so full of shit about our management.. deym.. well, here's the thing.. we all know that we are entitled to our 13th month pay.. we have to complete the whole 12 months stay in our company so that we could have the complete pay... here's the thing.. in the account that we are in right now, almost all of the tenured agents are going to RESIGN.. yep, resign.. like we have to run away from the freaking, stressful floor of verizon... we hae the fact that they really dont care about us.. they dont freaking know what they're doing to the agents! we asked hr about when they are going to give us our 13th month pay, guess what they told us: "makukuha nyo 13th month pay nyo pero nde sa december 5." we asked again when: "di pa sure but hindi sya makukuha by the first week of december." cool right?? we agents are going to wait forever for the moolah.. well, here's what we have just heard, our managemetn have decided (yes, THEY have decided... ass*%(&$&*!.. they feel like they're GODS! ) that all the agents who are going to resign should pass their resignations like, NOW...yep, u read it right.. NOW.. like, does the agents always have their resignation papers with them?? they said that we have to resign now or be DOOMED forever! nyahahaha! MANAGEMENT IS SO FUNNY!!! they said that the agents can't resign on december neither on january... so what's this??? FORCED RESIGNATION??? damn them! we are the ones who are suffering like hell under their management and then they are going to decide something like this! this is really not fair!! SO UNFAIR!!! like nagtitipid ba sila or what?? kung ayaw nilang magbayad sa agents, better yet magsarado na sila! sinasabi nyo pa na para rin samin to?? deym! para to sa pwesto nyo! mga gagu!

I am an agent for TP with Verizon for almost two years now. I just feel na you do not know the half of the story you are writing about. Naghanap tyo trabaho sa TP from not having call center experience at all. Tinanggap tyo TP kahit kulang kulang requirements. TP offered competitive salary with an additional AB (regardless kung nagkakadispute). It is not the company's job to give us extra food or incentives, nakita ko isang manager sa greenhills with my family bumibili ng mga dvd player at mukhang pagod na pagod na tumatawad. Kung wala pakelam sa pera yung mga yan dapat labas lng sila labas ng pera. Binati pa nya wife at kids ko. TP has always given me something to be inspired about since i started. TP Management has earned my respect as a family man and as a provider. Sana everyone gets to see the positive side in our company.
Kanya-kanya po tayo ng opinion dito kaya po nirerespeto namin ang inyong pahayag. (".)

hahaha, eh ano nmn kung mahal ko si Anthomarc Chan. Hehehe. Naging bisor ko sya nung TMG plang ako at marami akong natutunan sa kanya lalo na sa management. Naging ACM ko din sya after kong magtrain ng agents. Kung tatanungin mo ang mga TMG malamang e2 din isasagot nila, dahil mahal nmin si Antho. Kung ano man ang iisipin mo pagkatapos nito ikaw na bahala. Smile always. :P

nag aapply aku sa TP eh . nag exam aku khapon then may bnigay na papel . nklagay dun " ... unable to meet the stardards .. blah bla bla .. re apply on dec. O1 7am . kso nalate aku naun . the guard told me n bumalik ult bukas ng 7am . nagda2lawang isip aku if they will allow me to take the exam . i heard kse na hnd n nila un pnagtatake . totoo b un ?
i'm actually about to resign from tp..i just need your opinion on my resignation letter.
After careful thought and consideration I have concluded that my core values are not aligned with the organizational culture at Teleperformance. It is time to move on to maintain my health, sanity, and overall happiness.
This letter is to officially inform you that I resign from my position as [redacted], effective immediately. This letter also serves as my exit interview.
Originally, I believed that the biggest challenge at Teleperformance would stem from a lack of systems. However, I quickly realized that in my position, inflated egos, office politics and administrative ineffectiveness would prove to be a bigger obstacle. These dynamics are not conducive to innovation and productivity.
Due to ambiguous policies and procedures and the inconsistent application and enforcement of both, I was deprived of fair and equitable treatment. I have been reprimanded for fabricated, unsubstantiated claims regarding my performance and behavior. I hardly think that a statement from one person constitutes a fair and thorough investigation.
Fortunately for me, I know my worth and I am very well aware of the value I bring to a team. I refuse to settle for any form of disrespect or maltreatment, particularly from individuals whose only credibility resides in their job title as opposed to demonstrated excellence and leadership. To earn respect you must show respect.
I’m positive my experience isn't an isolated one. The turnover rates and lack of employee engagement and satisfaction are further evidence of Teleperformance’s inability to attract, develop and retain talent.
I had a goal, and that is to brand Teleperformance as an employer of choice in our community. Unfortunately, it became abundantly clear to me that I would be out of integrity to attempt to attract employees to such a toxic and socially impaired work place.
I could share more for the purposes of an “exit interview” but I have little faith that information gathered would be compiled to formulate a retention strategy.

A fat tl pig named Donna Versoza is a highly unprofessional tp cunt who only chooses the agents that she wants to help. Kailangan magpa-cute, maging sip-sip at pa-pogi ka kay lard-ass para ma-pansin ka nya. She's one of the laziest tl's if you ask me. Marami pang mas magagaling sa kanya. Iwas kayo dito. Kadiri to say the least. She Ppays for sex, lol. Now you know what to do if you want to get ahead, haha.
Mga galing ACS yan, yung Bernie. Nangurakot ng pera yan dun, mga ahente walang incentives kasi ayaw nila ibigay, inuwi nila.
Chloe Tor, Joy Raymundo, Bernie Tuazon, Jojo Pacis, Ferdinand Lagniton, Paolo Pantangco... mga sinasamba sa Teleperformance pero mga tarantado mga yan. Nakatakas sa mga kaso kasi inunahan ng resignation. Bilib ang mga tao ngayon sa mga magnanakaw.

Sa mga ex TP meron ba kayong copy ng clearance form or acceptance of resignation? Pede patulong, bagal magbigay ng HR pero kelangan ko na sa bagong work. Nakaka inis na. Ayoko na sa TP pero pinipigilan pa rin nila mag move on mga tao
1. May asawang tanga na di alam na pinendeho nasiya
2. Kumana ng client (sa pangalang Angel), yung inanakan pero binubugbog
3. Nalipat sa Masinag at kumana din ng manager (itago natin sa term na Cher) at kumuha pa ng bahay para dun magiyutan
